It’s easy to forget the time as you wonder through the looping tracks. For those in a recovery phase there are plenty of seats to rest on, car parking is a breeze, clean toilets are available and The Teahouse Cafe is open from 10am – 3pm daily.
It only takes 20-30 minutes of moderate exercise (e.g. walking) a day to create a healthier you 🙂
