Most people present to an Osteopath with some form of pain that they’d like assistance with.
Most people don’t realise that pain is such a varied experience between people and there are a whole host of things that can make pain better or worse.
Not all pain is caused by a “tight muscle” or a “stiff joint”.
Not all pain is fixed by manipulation or strength exercises.
