Frank Mann Reserve – Ceres
Another hidden gem less than a 5-minute drive from Highton Shopping Village. If you feel like escaping to the countryside and admiring views of the green rolling hills, this is the place to go.
A dog friendly park with wide open spaces, a well-kept wide gravel path, toilets, shelter (with BBQ), playground and two tennis courts.
The very easy loop track is approximately 700m around, with seating available around the track for those in the recovery phase.
It only takes 20-30 minutes of moderate exercise (e.g. walking) a day to create a healthier you 🙂
